WHORL is a deep-learning analysis package for analyzing histology images of the cochlea. Based off the open source HCAT (hair cell analysis toolbox) software, WHORL expands functionality through a feature-rich gui, allowing for the evaluation of deep-learning models, correction of their outputs, and re-training for future accuracy.
WHORL is in flexible and in active development. If there is a feature you wish to add which might aid in your own analysis, please let us know.
